Cannot publish pop up when right clicking on asset and selecting Collaborate -> Publish
To reproduce:
1. Create project
2. Upload project to collab
3. Create script
4. Right click on script -> Collaborate -> Publish
Actual: Notice that 'Cannot publish' pop up appears
Expected: Script should be published
*Note: Pop up doesn't say anything else that 'Cannot publish'.
Reproduced with 5.6.0b7, 5.6.0b8 on macOS and Windows 10
