Cannot edit collider bounds from certain inspector tab when two or more inspector tabs are open in Unity editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open "987815Repro" project
2. Enter "test" scene
3. Select "Cube"
4. Press Edit Collider in one Inspector tab
5. Press Edit Collider in another Inspector tab
Expected result: User can edit colliders when pressing Edit Collider button in any Inspector window
Actual result: User can edit colliders only in one Inspector tab
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0b3, 2017.3.0p2, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.1.3f1, 5.6.5f1, 5.5.6f1
