Cannot construct a class which inherits from a protected base class in web player
To Reproduce:
1. Open and run, observe that a "not accessible at 0x..." exception is thrown, switch to standalone mode, run, no exception.
2. The exception is thrown when trying to construct a protected nested class which inherits from a class defined in it's parent's base class.
3. Making the base class ('DataSet_Base') public fixes the issue
Only affects webplayer.
