Cannot change newly created custom windows position via script
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "window_test000.zip"
2. Click "Window/My Window" in the menu bar
3. Move "My Window" to a different position
4. Click "Window/My Window" in the menu bar
Result: newly created window has the same position as the previous window even though its position is changed instantly after creating it via the "MyWindow" script
Expected behavior: newly created windows position is changed via script
Reproducible with: 5.3.1f1, 5.4.3p3, 5.5.0p1, 5.6.0b1
