Cannot apply in "Sprite Editor" when changing only "Pivot Unit Mode"
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "teste.zip"
2. In Project window, navigate to and select "Assets" -> "nave"
3. In Inspector window, press on "Sprite Editor" button
4. In Sprite Editor window, change "Pivot Unit Mode" from "Normalized" to "Pixel"
5. In Sprite Editor window, press Apply
Expected result: the changes are saved
Actual result: the button is greyed out, unable to press Apply
Reproducible with: 2018.2.20f1, 2018.3.5f1, 2019.1.0b3, 2019.2.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.20f1, 2018.2.0b2

I'm having the same issue, and could not follow how the inability to save a setting change that is talked about in the official documentation can be "as designed".

Resolution Note (2019.2.X):
The "Pivot Unit Mode" only changes the representation of the custom pivot values and it is as designed.
