[Camera] When the camera "clearFlags" are set to "Nothing" and the "cullingMask" is set to 0, a jitter occurs on Mac
Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'MainScene'
3. Build the scene on MacOSX standalone
4. Notice cube is moving
5. Left click on the screen
6. The camera "clearFlags" are to to "Nothing" and the "cullingMask" is set to 0
7. Cube jitters
8. It only happens on Mac. Works as expected on Windows
