[iOS][GLES] Camera::Render to render a picture to a texture does not render in GLES2
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene RenderTextureBug.unity
3. Build to iOS and run
4. Press the 'Snap Picture' button
- The white square should change into a red circle
- The square does not change into a red circle, instead it just disappears
