[Camera] Properties doesn't reset for Render Texture
Reset functionality is not working for Render Texture
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Project window > right-click > Render Texture
3. Change few Render Texture properties
4. Click cog wheel > Reset
Actual Result:
Properties are not being reset
Expected Result:
Properties are reset to default
Environment:
Windows and Mac
Occurring with:
2019.3.0a4, 2019.2.0b4, 2019.1.4f1, 2017.1.5f1
