Camera is jittering when at large world coordinates in VR
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached Project “BugRepro”
2. Open the Build Settings (File > Build Settings)
3. Add “Assets/Scenes/Jitter VR Scene 1” to the Scenes in Build list and select it
4. In the Build Settings menu, Build and Run on an Oculus Quest 2 device
5. Observe the floating cubes in the Scene
Expected result: No visual issues happening to the Cube Game Objects
Actual result: Floating Cubes are jittering
Reproducible with: 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.3f1, 2023.2.0a23
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.28f1 (Project breaks)
Reproducible on: Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
