[XR][Stereo360] Camera.RenderToCubemap() texture has seams
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "test5.zip" project
2. Enter and Exit Playmode
3. Select "equirect"
Expected Result: The texture is a one to one replica of the game view
Actual Result: The texture has two seems left and right of the center of the image
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0f1, 2018.2.19f1, 2017.4.17f1
Did not reproduce on: 2019.1.0a12, 2019.1.0a1

Resolution Note:
We are reducing our support efforts on the legacy VR pipeline and the built-in renderer, in lieu of XR SDK and SRP, so generation of 360 stereo content will be much more under application control.
