Regression
Yes
Camera doesn't render lights correctly when rendering to a Texture
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project;
2. Open "TestScene";
3. Compare Game view and the view in "Offset Camera RenderTexture".
Expected result: both views look the same.
Actual result: only a part of the image is rendered for each light when rendering to a Texture.
Reproduced on versions: 5.6.0b1 - 5.6.0b8.
Not reproduced on versions: 5.5.1p3.
Bug introduced in: 5.6.0b1.1
Note: This happens both in forward and deferred rendering, both in editor and in build.
Note: This doesn't happen with Directional Light.

Note sure if related, but my Caustics (underwater effects) renders only partially since I upgraded to 5.6.0Beta8. Was working fine in 5.5.2f1. See example here: https://forum.unity3d.com/threads/aquas-water-river-set-water-rivers-for-mobile-vr-web-desktop.378519/page-19
