[Viewport] Camera does not respect GL.Viewport when rendering scene
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene test.unity
3. Select the Main Camera gameobject
4. Modify the Render Scale setting on the LowResRender script
- Note that GL.Viewport has no effect
