Camera Command List issues leading to broken GPU sorting and mesh LODs
1. Import the attached package
2. Open ReproScene
3. Observe the particles flickering
GPUSorting and Mesh LOD to work.
- Regression introduced between a3 and a4.
- Works fine in play mode or when the editor loses focus
- Happens in both HDRP and URP
