Calling tilemap.CompressBounds() causes a tilemap to stop rendering only in Editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "TilemapBug.zip";
2. Open the main.unity scene;
3. Enter a play mode;
4. Press "Space" button.
Expected result: tilemap would be compressed without any problems;
Actual result: tilemap disappears from the game view.
Note: this issue is not reproducible in the built game.
Reproduced on: 2017.2.0a1, 2017.3.0f3, 2018.1.0b1.
(no versions lower as Tilemaps were introduced in 2017.2)
