Button is disabled after changing Display Style to None while using Slider dragger
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's project "TestProject.zip"
2. Press Play
3. Start dragging the right scroll bar with left mouse button (don't release the button)
4. Press right mouse button (ScrollView.parent.style.display -> DisplayStyle.None)
5. Release left mouse button
6. Press "Click me" button
Expected result: Log shows up in the Console
Actual result: Log doesn't show up in the Console and also button doesn't change color when hovering over it
Reproducible with: 2021.2.7f1, 2022.1.0b2
Could not test with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.25f1 (project could not be converted to these versions)
Notes:
- Also reproducible in Mono and IL2CPP standalone builds
