Button does not stop being highlit if touch ends on top of it on WP8.1
Button does not stop being highlit if touch ends on top of it on WP8.1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project. It has a button which highlit state blends to red color and pressed state makes it blend to green color.
2. Build and run it to WP8.1 device
3. Touch the button. It will remain red. Touch somewhere else, it will become gray.
Could not reproduce with WP8
