"Busy Progress Delay" does not save when directly entering a value
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Test Project” project
2. Open Edit > Preferences Window
3. Select the “General” tab
4. Change the value of “Busy Progress Delay” to “8” by entering it manually (with keyboard)
5. Select the “Physics” tab
6. Select the “General” tab
7. Observe the “Busy Progress Delay” value
Expected result: The value is set to “8”
Actual result: The value stays set to “5.55”
Reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.25f1, 2022.2.18f1, 2023.1.0b16, 2023.2.0a14
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Note:
- After entering the value with a keyboard and then pressing Enter, the value is saved
