Burst fails to compile when trying to access the compiled Function Pointer indirectly through another generic struct/method
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Select Edit/Built and enable Development Mode
3. Build and Run the SampleScene
4. Observe the Development Console
Expected result: there are no errors
Actual result: "Burst failed to compile the function pointer `Void OnSerialize(Byte*, ByteWriter ByRef)`" error appears
Reproducible with: 1.3.2 - 1.6.0-pre.2 (2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.14f1, 2021.2.0b2, 2022.1.0a1)
