[Burst] EntityCommandBuffer.Concurrent.AddComponent() throws error
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (hmh_terrain)
2. Enter Play Mode in the 'main' Scene
3. Hover the mouse over the drawn tiles, see that the selection box is drawn
4. Hover the mouse outside of the tiles
5. Hover the mouse over the drawn tiles again
Expected result: raycast detects hits on tiles again, a selection box is drawn
Actual result: raycast no longer detects hits, a selection box is not drawn
Reproducible with: 2019.2.12f1, 2019.3.0b10, 2020.1.0a13
Could not test with: 2017.4.34f1, 2018.4.13f1(project incompatible)
Reproducible with package versions: 0.2.2, 0.2.4
Could not test with package versions: 0.2.0
