Burst Compiler freezes the Unity Editor when running Editor scripts
Reproduction steps:

2. Open the "MainScene" Scene
3. Select the "Track" GameObject

Actual result: Unity Editor freezes after a few presses of the checkbox in a quick succession

Resolution Note:
I was able to reproduce this bug with Burst disabled.
Debugging the frozen editor with Burst disabled shows what appears to be a stuck loop in the user's code. No Burst code-paths were anywhere in the callstacks.
