Burst Compiler freezes the Unity Editor when running Editor scripts
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "repro_IN-42303.zip" project
2. Open the "MainScene" Scene
3. Select the "Track" GameObject
4. In the Inspector, the "Track Picker" Component, press the "Pick A New Track Now" checkbox multiple times quickly
Expected result: Unity Editor stays responsive
Actual result: Unity Editor freezes after a few presses of the checkbox in a quick succession
Reproduced with: 1.6.6 (2021.3.26f1), 1.8.4 (2021.3.26f1, 2022.3.0f1, 2023.1.0b19, 2023.2.0a17)

Resolution Note:
I was able to reproduce this bug with Burst disabled.
Debugging the frozen editor with Burst disabled shows what appears to be a stuck loop in the user's code. No Burst code-paths were anywhere in the callstacks.
