Regression
Yes
Built project's resolution stays when changing back from non native to native resolution
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Build any Scene (File->Build Settings...->Build)
3. Open Windows Display Settings (Right-click on Desktop->Display Settings)
4. Change your resolution to smaller with the same height (I changed 2560x1440 (native) to 1920x1440) so you'd have black bars on the side of the screen
5. Open the built project (project fits between the black bars as expected)
6, Revert your resolution back to native (2560x1440 for me)
7. Open the built project again
Expected results: The project fills the whole screen
Actual results: The project fills the smaller resolution space leaving the black bars
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a16, 2021.2.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0a15
Could not test with: 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.0a3 because of the errors when trying to build
Note:
- The issue has been tested and reproduced on Windows
