[BuildSettings] Platform descriptions for some modules shows descriptions about other modules
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project.
2. Go to "File > Build Settings".
3. Select "Xbox 360" or "PS3" or "PS4" or "PS Vita" platform.(All of them are not covered by my license).
4. Notice that "Xbox 360" tab says "Your license does not cover Tizen Publishing"(Picture attached). Wrong message is also shown in the other descriptions.

Not reproducible with: 5.3.4f1, 5.4.0b4
