BuildPlayer with BuildOptions.Il2CPP does not output an IL2CPP build
Reproduction steps:
1. Download user's project and open in Unity
2. Click BugReport -> Build
Expected: IL2CPP build should be made
Actual: Mono build is made
Reproduced on: 2018.1.0b3; 2018.2.0a1
Note: 2017.3.0p2 and later have only Mono as Scripting Backend
Fixed in: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.1.0b9
