BuildPipeline.BuildAssetBundles returns null if no bundles were built
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build asset bundles (Bundles -> Build AssetBundles)
3. Notice that the manifest is not null
4. Build again
5. Notice that the manifest is null now
