Build succeeds even with "BuildFailedException" errors
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "testing-demo.zip" project
2. Build project
3. See Console output ("BuildFailedException: One or more of the scene validation tests did not pass")
Expected Result: The Build fails
Actual Result: The Build succeeds even with Build errors
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0b1, 2018.2.7f1, 2018.2.0f1, 2018.2.0b7, 2018.2.0b4, 2018.2.0b2
