Build location window is named as Facebook instead of Standalone on OSX when target is set to Windows x86_64
To reproduce:
1. Create empty project
2. Build for Windows x86_64
Expected: Build location window will be named as Standalone
Actual: It is named as Facebook
Note: when target is set to Windows x86 build location window is named properly
Reproduced on: 5.6.0f3, p3
Not reproducible 5.5.3p2
Fixed in: 2017.3.0a4
