Build fails to compile when using a serialized class
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Go to File > Build Settings and press Build And Run
Expected result: Build compiles successfully
Actual result: Build fails to compile
Reproducible with: 2020.3.33f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.3f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.32f1, 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.2f1, 2022.2.0a15
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: Reproducible with IL2CPP and Mono Scripting Backend
