Bug Reports are still sent when cancelling in the Upload stage of Form Submission
Steps to reproduce:
- Open the Bug Reporter
- Pass Validation in all fields so submitting is possible
- Submit the Report and wait for it to start Uploading
- Cancel the submission process
Actual results: Report is still being sent even though users click "Cancel", if Bug Reporter is used in Offline Mode, cancelling and then exporting the Report uses a previously Packed Report, if an attachment is removed after cancelling, it will still be included in the Export
Expected results: Report submission is stopped or the Cancel button is inactive when the report submission cannot be cancelled
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.64f1, 6000.2.15f1, 6000.3.1f1, 6000.4.0b1, 6000.5.0a3
