Bug Reporter uses the old Unity logo in the taskbar
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “code coverage test” project
2. In the main menu bar, click “Help” → “Report a Bug…”
3. Observe the logo of the Bug Reporter in the taskbar
Expected result: Bug Reporter uses the new Unity logo
Actual result: Bug Reporter uses the old Unity logo
Reproducible with: 2020.3.37f1, 2021.2.0b13
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0b14, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.9f1, 2022.2.0b1, 2023.1.0a3
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: The old logo can also be seen at the top left corner of the Bug Reporter window
