bug reporter project size estimation wrong
-e: see title. the size is calculated before removing all the junk that will not be sent with the report (temp and cache files)

-repro:
--open a simple project
--create a webgl build and do some new GI
--report a bug
--NOTICE the size of the project be to sent
--send it
--download the project zip from the fogbugz case
--NOTICE the actual sent project size being way smaller
