[Bug Reporter][Linux] Archaic and non-native file manager window is used when trying to add files via Bug Reporter
Reproduction steps:
1. Open a new or an existing project
2. Go to Help -> Report a Bug... -> Add File
3. Observe the window which popped up
Expected result: The window lets you choose to add a file through the native file manager (e.g. Nautilus on Ubuntu)
Actual result: The window does not use the native file manager
Reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.6f1, 2020.2.0b3
