Help menu item has two additional empty page breaks at the end of popup menu window

1. Open any project or create new one.
2 .Execute menu item: Help
Expected: No empty menu page breaks
Reproducible on: 5.6.0b5 (802d0eaaa43c)
Not reproducible: 5.6.0b4 (f8c731df0021)
