Broken ScrollView styling when placed inside a TabView
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. From the menu navigate to Demo > TabViewScrollView
3. Observe the scrollbars
Expected result: The second ScrollView styling is the same as the first one
Actual result: The second ScrollView styling is out of place
Reproducible with: 6000.1.0a8, 6000.1.4f1, 6000.2.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.0a7
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
