Broken screen resolution and snapping
Regression in 4.6.3p1 patch version. Backport fixes broke screen resolution and snapping;
Rotating screen, screen resolution is showed incorrectly;
Snapping application forth and back makes it render only one half on fullscreen;
Repro steps:
1. open project "ScreenSize.zip";
2. build to WSA platform and deploy on tablet;
3. try to rotate device and try to snap application;
