Broken layout stops panels located in the top left corner of the Editor from rendering in the Karting Microgame project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "Karting Microgame" tutorial project
2. Observe the top left part of the Editor
Expected result: The Scene view and Hierarchy panels are rendered
Actual result: The top left part of the Editor is either rendered completely white or as two black and white rectangles
Reproducible with: 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.26f1, 2021.2.0b15, 2022.1.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1
Notes:
1. Reproducible on Ubuntu 20.04
2. Not reproducible on Windows 10
3. Changing the layout to any of the preset ones fixes the issue
4. On 2021.2.0b15 and newer versions the bug can be reproduced by loading the layout after saving it from the tutorial project in an older version

Resolution Note (2022.1.X):
This is an issue with the 2020.3 editor which is unsupported. If the sample package is opened directly in 2021.2+, the sample works fine. Once the sample is updated this will no longer be necessary.
