Bones while animating 2D Character snaps to weird postions
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open original project "PortraitAnims.zip"
2. Open Animation window and press "Record"
3. Try to rotate bones around with Rotate Tool (E)
Expected results: Bones rotate exactly as you rotate them.
Actual results: Bones sometime snap to random places.
Reproduced in: 2018.3.5f1, 2019.1.0b2, 2019.2.0a4
Note:
1. Could not reproduce in older version because 2D Animation Package brakes.
2. Could only reproduce on MacOS
