Bone animations fails to work on GameObjects when animations is scripted
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open users attached project
2. If you get errors press Help in the Toolbard and Reset packages to default if you don't get errors proceed to step 3
3. Press Play
4. In Hierarchy window choose Humanoid model
5. In Inspector window check animation test boxes and notice how some of them have no effect
Expected results: Animations controlled with a script as expected
Actual results: Some scripted Animations are not working when bones are attached to that GameObject
Reproducible with: 2018.2.8f1, 2018.3.0b11, 2019.1.0a9
Note: Multiple lower versions of 2018.2.8f1 will give errors after resetting packages, also in lower versions than 2018.2 Humanoid and Generic models as well as animation scripts are not loaded. New features of the script were added in 2018.2
