Bloom keeps building up in 2D URP when bloom intensity is over 0 and skybox with any material is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “LightSmear.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. Focus on the Game view
4. Click and drag the Mouse around in the Game view (to update the screen)
5. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The bloom does not expand
Actual result: The bloom keeps expanding on every updated frame
Reproducible in: 2022.3.11f1, 2022.3.49f1, 2023.3.0a4, 6000.0.22f1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.44f1, 2022.3.10f1, 2023.3.0a3
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- If the background type is changed to “Solid Color“, the artifact disappears and the bloom works normally
- If the bloom intensity is dragged to 0 while reproducing, the bloom appears as a smear artifact
