Blinking inspector component after folding other component field
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project and open "RainbowOverlayTest" scene
2. In the hierarchy select Canvas > Image
3. Expand the "Test" script in the inspector and its array fields
4. Fold "B" array field and see "Canvas Group" component blinking (see attached gif)
Expected behavior:
The "Canvas Group" component does not blink after expanding and folding "B" array field
Actual behavior:
The "Canvas Group" component starts blinking after folding expanded "B" array field
Tested with: 5.1.4f1, 5.2.4f1, 5.3.4f1, 5.4.0b14, 5.4.0b15, 5.4.0b16
