[BlendTree] Writing Threshold value with comma doesn't save the value
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("BlendTree-Issue.zip")
2. In the Animator window select the Blend Tree
3. Type to Threshold field '0,5' and hit Enter
Expected result: The value is saved
Actual result: The value is reverted to the previous one
Reproducible in: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.15f1, 2020.1.0b10, 2020.2.0a13
