[Blackboard] The *Exposed* checkbox doesn't appear if it is below the bottom of blackboard when the parameter is exposed
Repro steps:
1. Open blackboard within a VFX
2. Create one or a few parameters
3. Resize blackboard so that the last parameter lies on the border (enough so it can be expanded)
4. Expand the parameter
5. Resize blackboard and observe the checkbox for "exposed" is missing
Notes:
- The button still works, just the graphic is missing.
