[Backport] Crash when trying to render a specific submesh with CommandBuffer.DrawRenderer
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the _main Scene
3. Click Play
4. Click Play on Sandbox 1
Expected result: The game loads successfully
Actual result: The game crashes
Reproducible with: 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0b9, 2021.2.0a8
Could not test with: 2018.4.32f, 2019.4.21f1 (some packages are not supported)
