Background image doesn't disappear after setting it to null and releasing AssetReference
How to reproduce:
1. Build and run the "sandbox2.zip" project
2. Press on the first square with a log and observe the view
Expected result: The background image is white
Actual result: The background image is brown
Reproducible with: 1.19.19 (2021.3.4f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.19.19 (2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.0f1), 1.20.0 (2022.1.4f1, 2022.2.0a16)
Could not test with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2022.1.0a8 (Errors after project downgrade)
Reproduced on: macOS 11.6 (Intel)
Note: Not reproducible in the Editor
