AudioSource.PlayDelayed() playing sound without delay when in WebGL Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-81636.zip"
2. Build And Run the project for WebGL
3. Click the "Button" button in the Player
Expected results: Music plays after 3 seconds
Actual results: Music plays immediately
Reproducible with: 2021.3.41f1, 2022.3.40f1, 6000.0.13f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Will this be resolved soon? I have work in production that has not been updatable for over a month now.
