AudioImporter: Sample Rate does not have any effect
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select the audio file in the project
3. Notice that it's sample rate is overridden to 100, but the preview still shows 44100
4. Play the audio file - it sounds the same as 44100, despite the fact that it should be overridden
