Audio is not looping when using PlayScheduled in WebGL Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "WebGLAudioLoop.zip"
2. Switch Platform to WebGL
3. Build And Run
Expected result: Audio is looping
Actual result: Audio is not looping
Reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.27f1, 2020.3.10f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a17
Could not test with: 2021.2.0a18 (Unable to run the Build)
Notes: Not reproducible in Play Mode and Windows Build
