"Attach to Unity" option no longer available when opening .json files with Visual Studio
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "JsonBug.zip"
2. Open "Script1.cs" in the Assets folder using Visual Studio
3. Observe Visual Studio (there should be an "Attach to Unity" option (check picture 1))
4. Open "JaySon.json" in the Assets folder using Visual Studio
Expected result: "Attach to Unity" option should be available after opening a .json file
Actual result: "Attach to Unity" option is no longer available after opening a .json file (check picture 2)
Reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.0a5, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a10
