Assigning constant as the default parameter in the constructor of a generic class causes other methods to fail to compile
When a constant is assigned as the default parameter in the constructor of a generic class, other methods fail to compile.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the attached project 'testProject.zip'.
- Notice the error messages in the console.
*Note: the methods must be called in order for the error to appear.
