Assets can no longer be instantly deleted using Shift+Delete
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project or create a new one
2. Try deleting any asset using Shift+Delete
Expected result: The selected asset is instantly deleted with no warnings
Actual result: The selected asset is not deleted, no additional windows pop up
Reproduced with: 2018.2.0a4, 2018.2.0f1, 2018.3.0a3
Not reproduced with: 2017.4.6f1, 2018.1.7f1, 2018.2.0a3
Regression started in: 2018.2.0a4
Fixed in 2018.2.14f1, 2018.3.0b4
