[AssetDatabase] Prefab resource is null when loaded after restart of Editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Open "Assets\Scenes\SampleScene" Scene
3. Press Play
4. Restart the Editor
5. Press Play
Expected result: Scene loads without any errors
Actual result: An Error is logged to the console because the Prefab is loaded as Null
Reproducible with: 2019.4.18f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b2
Could not test with: 2018.4.30f1 (Compiler errors)
Notes:
Does not reproduce with Asset Database v1
Reimporting fixes the issue, until the next Editor restart
